Palppayasam

Palppayasam.( kheer)
Good quality raw rice----- 100 gms(half cup)
Sugar---------- 200gms (1 and quarter cup)
Milk------------ 1 litre.
Method .
Wash rice. Put all the ingredients in a5 litre pressure cooker. Cook with out lid for 5 minutes. Put the lid .Put weight just when the steam comes form the vent. Cook in slim flame for 15 minutes. Keep it as such for 2 hrs. Your yummy palppayasm is ready.
